YesHandyman! has an apprenticeship program that focuses on keeping youths off the streets and out of trouble by teaching young people aged between 14-18 years the building trade; in hope that keeping busy learning would reduce the vulnerability or powerlessness of the risk of joining gangs , doing drugs and being exposed to violence on the streets and develop positive self esteem by gaining skills that would enable them earn incomes.
