YesHandyman Building Services  is a General Building & Facilities Maintenance company.

We’ve assembled a team of vetted builders and multi-skill professionals in every trade specialty so we offer a wide variety of services - from roofing and painting to electrics and plumbing to carpentry and plastering.

OUR HISTORY

Most entrepreneurs strive to create property maintenance and repair business, hoping to make a fortune. Entrepreneurs like Gisanrin have a different goal: to make a difference. Long before the conception of YesHandyman Building Services  its founder, Steve Gisanrin, worked as a project manager with many general builders. He paid close attention to the way a business was run and how the clients were serviced.
It became clear to him that the typical practices were unacceptable with sub-contractors performing sub-par jobs rarely completed on schedule or on budget.

YHBS^® is absolutely committed to the successful completion and customer satisfaction of any project that we undertake. The list of the types of projects that we manage are endless.

These realizations led to the creation of YHBS^® on September 25, 2005, and our ultimate goal: to break the stereotypical perception of how general contractors do business by turning an industry notorious for poor service into a service business.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

YHBS^® has an apprenticeship program that focuses on keeping youths off the streets and out of trouble by teaching young people aged between 14-18 years the building trade; in hope that keeping busy learning would reduce the vulnerability or powerlessness of the risk of joining gangs , doing drugs and being exposed to violence on the streets and develop positive self esteem by gaining skills that would enable them earn incomes.

By making people happy through the work that we do for them or because of us keeping another young child safe from the streets then we have more than done the purpose we set out to do.
